Family groups are small "families" within the larger Metro family. Just as earthly families are not all the same gender or at the same stage of life, so is the make up of each family group. Group members are a mixture of girls, guys, singles, couples, marrieds, parents, high school students, college students, professionals, etc. Family groups meet weekly at a host home. Typical weekly family time includes deeper discussion of the Sunday message, prayer, and friendship. Along with weekly family time, group members may spend other time with each other throughout the week.

Membership at Metro is not like becoming a member at a club. Rather, becoming a member is about joining in with this church body to accomplish the mission that God has given us. Our membership process is a 6 week course that gives you an overview of our mission, beliefs, values, structure, and member expectations.
